I'm in St. Johns County School District. Why can't I see my
grades?
If you see an error message in GradeWay when viewing your grades,
please check that you can see your grades from the Classes tab in
your HAC website from a browser. The Classes tab looks like this:
If you see an error message when you open the Classes tab,
please contact your school administrators for help.
GradeWay cannot access your grades if you can't see them from
the Classes tab in your HAC website. If you can see your grades
in the Classes tab of your HAC website just fine, please email
me at gradeway.official@gmail.com and attach a screenshot of
your working Classes tab from the HAC website.
Why do I see an error message when I try to log in?
If you see an error message in GradeWay when trying to log in,
please check that you are able to log in to your HAC website
from a browser.
If you see an error message on your HAC website when you try to
log in, please contact your school administrators for help.
GradeWay cannot log in to HAC if you can't log in from your HAC
website. If you can log in to your HAC website just
fine, please email me at gradeway.official@gmail.com and
attach a screenshot of your working HAC website.
Why is my predicted average wrong in the What If Calculator?
With the new school year, HAC changed the way it weighs grades
for calculating class averages, causing this issue.
An update that fixes this issue (v3.0.5) is available on the App
Store, and will soon be available on Google Play

Why is there no option for my school district?
Please contact support at gradeway.official@gmail.com so your
district can be added to the list of supported school districts.
Does GradeWay Premium sync across devices?
The GradeWay Premium subscription is only associated with your
Apple ID or Play Store account, not with your HAC login. Your
purchase will be synchronized on devices using the same Apple ID
or Play Store email as the original purchase, or within your
family group if Family Sharing is enabled. If you purchased the
subscription on an Apple device, it will not synchronize to an
Android device, or vice versa.
How do I cancel GradeWay Premium?
You can cancel your subscription through the App Store or Play
Store.
How do I reset/change my password?
You can change/reset your HAC login info through your district's
official HAC website.
Why is my transcript unavailable?
If you do not have a transcript posted in HAC, GradeWay reports
your transcript as unavailable.
Why is my class boxed gray?
This is because HAC could not provide GradeWay with enough
information about your class to support certain features.
